Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of the customised service, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for our custom order items, unless they are faulty or damaged. Please report any issues within 10 days of receiving the item in order for us to look into this for you. If you would like to return a pre-made item that was purchased from the website, you have 30 days to do so. The item must be un-worn and in the same condition it was delivered to you.
